All agents working for insurance company are polite, curteous and do the basics well. But when you see someone going above and beyond to resolve an issue and not giving up, you say "wow" - I am glad I have someone on my side to make my insurance experience amazing. Mackenzie is one of those amazing person who helped resolve an issue with underwriters with her perseverance, organized, and firm approach solving the issue point by point and working with client (me) informing of status in transparent way and what would help to resolve the issue. We worked as a team and resolve the issue with underwriters who mistakenly rejected one of the policy based on misinformation. Thank you Mackenzie. I truly appreciate your help.
