Hi! My name is Meredith. Pam is my mom and I grew up in the Pam Herndon State Farm Insurance office​ and started working here back in my teens. I now have 20 years of State Farm Insurance experience and take pride in helping our customers with their insurance needs as well as walking them through the claims process. I was born in Las Vegas, currently live in Carteret County, and received my BS from Humboldt State University. I love spending time with my 2-year-old son and watching UNC basketball!

Hey, my name is Mackenzie and I joined the Pam Herndon State Farm Team in June 2021. I live in Durham and as a Customer Service Rep, I primarily help customers in Chapel Hill and beyond with their Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, and more. I have two rescue dogs, Bacon and Annabelle, and a cat, Ares. When I am not spending time with them, I enjoy listening to music and coloring! Fun fact, I participated in pageants from 13 to 21!
