"I was contacted by State Farm representative, Wayne Britt. I am a policy holder. He said that by combining policies I could save money. When he initially wrote I was busy and then I had covid, so I returned his call quite a bit later. Nonetheless, he was extremely gracious and did an excellent job of explaining each step to me. I asked many questions and he answered all of them fully. I would highly recommend this State Farm employee."

"Danny Ingvalson took my call and made my day. He was beyond informative to help me make the decisions I needed to. He went above and beyond to make sure I had as much information about rates and changes in the auto insurance industry as he could. Everyone at this branch has been friendly and helpful to get me savings when and where they can, but the customer service I experienced today goes a lot further than just courtesy. "I recently needed to find the insurance for my mom’s home. Her company that she had used for years was not helpful. I spoke with Wayne Britt, Pam Herndon, State Farm Insurance. "Corporate State Farm botched my auto policy cancellation resulting in a months long process of waiting to get a refund. Mackenzie kept on the case making sure it was all sorted out. These days I expect to explain myself multiple times to multiple people in order to get resolution, but with this agency I requested assistance once and just patiently waited. I live hours away but I trust this Pam’s team to take care of my other policies for many more years to come."

"They answer the phone in person - no phone tree. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to find answers and resolve issues. They gave me a lot of additional helpful information when I relocated. "I called Pam Herndon on a Wednesday afternoon about an accident. Pam texted me a link to the Claims department and by the end of the day I had filed my claim, received a follow-up call from the claims people and was told the estimator would contact me the next day. On Thursday morning the estimator emailed me instructions, which entailed sending him 7 or 8 photos of the car. Within a couple of hours of sending the photos, I had an estimate and shortly thereafter I was told a check would be mailed within 48 hours. And it hadn't been 24 hours since I first spoke to Pam. It was all very efficient and everyone I spoke to was very professional and polite. It really couldn't have been easier. Five stars for State Farm!"
