"Corporate State Farm botched my auto policy cancellation resulting in a months long process of waiting to get a refund. Mackenzie kept on the case making sure it was all sorted out. These days I expect to explain myself multiple times to multiple people in order to get resolution, but with this agency I requested assistance once and just patiently waited. I live hours away but I trust this Pam’s team to take care of my other policies for many more years to come."

"They answer the phone in person - no phone tree. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to find answers and resolve issues. They gave me a lot of additional helpful information when I relocated. Every person in the office is polite and helpful. They don't give up if a problem is complicated. They research and recommend different ways to resolve difficulties."

"I called Pam Herndon on a Wednesday afternoon about an accident. Pam texted me a link to the Claims department and by the end of the day I had filed my claim, received a follow-up call from the claims people and was told the estimator would contact me the next day. On Thursday morning the estimator emailed me instructions, which entailed sending him 7 or 8 photos of the car. Within a couple of hours of sending the photos, I had an estimate and shortly thereafter I was told a check would be mailed within 48 hours. And it hadn't been 24 hours since I first spoke to Pam. It was all very efficient and everyone I spoke to was very professional and polite. It really couldn't have been easier. Five stars for State Farm!"
